This isn't going to happen. We've already made referral points available via the Bathhouse, and that's pretty generous as it is. Ideally, we'd like users to be getting those points by referring new users. We understand that's not always possible for every user (maybe they've already gotten their friends to sign up or just don't know anyone that likes pet sites etc), so we decided to let those points be obtained once every cycle from the Bathhouse.
