right!! so much awesome layering in these challenges, it always blows me away :D i just keep viewing outfits through the wardrobe going "whoa that's how you did that?! cooool"

To appear intimidating in front of your enemies, you need to dress larger than life. Thankfully, these Phonograph neck collars from The Steamworks Menagerie help you achieve just that look. Now you just have to decide what color suits you best which is the harder choice as there are 8 colors and all of them can be layered to make a completely different color. What kind of ruler will you be?
