hi! If you're in the mood for a lot more socializing and you've got discord, ours is fairly active year-round and very chatty during Survival!

I have used discord a few times but I really don't like the program. I think its a bit too er...much. I prefer Skype's messaging system. It's simpler, less chaos. But I might just be a little too old school in this. Not really sure. lol. -nods- yeah the menu has been so large. Been trying to help but there are days it feel like it's never ending.

i've never used discord either so im always hesitant to join plus im usually only active on here for events .__.

literally every year im like "oh they all seem like such great people and i love them" but make little effort to actually make friends cuz im not the most social person ^^;

yeah. I'm very glad that most are not getting to uppity. what is mIRC? LOL I'm totally terrible at acronyms. Welp, there goes my day. Got a call my glasses are in so we are going to pick them up. lol they are like 2 hours away. It's been a bit of a mess trying to get these frames sorted out.

its kinda chaotic if you ask me. I'm social but I'm also a bit shy/reserved. So it's hard to make friends for me. I have like 6 friends here give or take. Like that I talk to daily. I had one more but she passed in June last year and it's been tough without that other friend. I really miss her a lot. I'm a bit of a recluse in rl.

i joined the discord, though i won't always be talkative in it.

It's super chill, and people drop in and out for a visit all the time. Holidays are busiest of course, and nobody can keep up with anything during Survival! XD

edit: sorry I'm not trying to sell you on the discord or anything! I just wouldn't want anyone to feel like they needed to commit or anything. Just if you're around and you feel like chatting or whatever it's busy every time I look in! XD

ah, i can relate to that. for me it takes a while to warm up to a person and i tend to have a smaller number of close friends. but ive been on here long enough i remember certain usernames and are fond of them even if we've only talked briefly :') i'm sorry about your friend, love. i can't imagine how difficult that must have been...

It's cool. I might look at it again but probably not lol. Discord and I have a discord -snickers- hehe yeah the dinner menus and all are rather time-consuming

I've left some comments on her user comments just to feel the connection. That's one of the reasons I thought I should seek out more friends here. I don't really have any friends even in the same state as I'm in. Actually not even the same continent. lol.

I'm working on getting the oldest strains I don't have right now. The final skin I'm starting this season is Bindi Bite, finishing off my 2011 collection!

Went ahead and grabed Grainy just so I have one of the new 2021 strains. I will get older ones next year.

Was a hard call between Grainy and Pointy though.....both are less common strains. Picked the sandcastle though due to seeing some ideas with it.

Remains me of a old "Werecastle" idea in a story I had.

I got all of this year's strains except Pointy. I was going to choose that one until Keith gave us the option to choose an older strain. So I picked up Blistered Hearts. :)
