That is a very small budget! I'm sorry it's taking me so long to get anything to you, the wardrobe currently won't save outfits for me, which is super annoying! The only one I finished before this started happening is Private Outfit but I'll definitely get more done once Subeta decides to work properly for me.

Woof, I'll be honest, this was a lot harder than I thought it would be. The combination of the very tight budget, very specific theme combination, and specific color scheme, meant there wasn't a huge item pool to work with. I did my best, but I think at least one of these sneaks over 5 mil a bit, and they aren't my finest work. I'm really sorry to say that, because I hate to give anyone anything other than something I'm really happy with, but I get the feeling with the current set of restrictions this is the best I can do.
