Why do neither Felibot nor RB drop tomes at win 35?
They aren't purchased foes, so it seems that they should drop the loot. Is it because they give tattered scroll pieces 15 wins later? Is this maybe a glitch? I've fought both so many times I should remember, but unfortunately, I have a memory like a sieve. If I hadn't been battling exclusively for the tomes, I probably wouldn't have noticed...
I'm reposting this here for information so that my original thread can be locked.
<p>The Problem: The statistics page says I&;ve fought more battles with an opponent than I actually have.</p>
<p>Possible Symptom: Occasionally when battling an opponent, the battle end page will not enumerate how many battles have been fought like it normally does.</p>
<p>The Evidence: Today I was fighting Aboxalypse with Reverai in order to get the amulet after 100 fights. As soon as I received the amulet, I stopped fighting completely. I refreshed her statistics page to find out which opponent I should fight next, and I was very surprised to find that it recorded 105 battles, not 100. Even though, as I stated, I stopped as soon as I received the amulet, and the amulet is given on the 100th win.</p>
<p>There have been other instances of this (with my other pets) where I&;ve fought specifically to a # battle to get the prize for it (usually tomes) and then I would see that the statistics would say something like 151 instead of 150. I thought maybe I was doing one extra without paying attention, and I&;m sure this may happen now and again, but now I&;m wondering if something weird is happening with the statistics too. Because typically as soon as I see I&;ve gotten the prize I wanted, I move on.</p>
<p>Another thing that might be in play here is that I go through battles as fast as I can, sometimes loading pages before they&;re ready to be loaded, and I have to go back and try again. But I&;m not sure why that would throw off the statistics count, unless maybe it was occasionally double counting some of the battles.</p>
<p>Other Possible Instances:
Anozira&;s fights with Aboxalypse (106) and Phungis (151)
Wae&;s fights with Aboxalypse (101), Angry Angry Arnold (151), Pock, Saper and Riscors (151), Technicant (151)
Caesura&;s fights with Aboxalypse (104)
Coax&;s fights with Aboxalypse (103), Esmeralda (151), Jeremy (151), Willowisp (152)</p>
<p>Looking at all this, it looks like it happens just about every time with Aboxalypse, and sometimes with other opponents.

If you battle and you hit the See Results bar twice in error because of lag, the count is off on the battle stats page:
You Won! You have defeated Zuppamostro 6 times! You earned 7382 sP for beating Zuppamostro! Kuuipo earned 4593 EXP Points!
On the Battle Coliseum - Your Stats page it shows this: Zuppamostro 7 0 0 7
Even though I've only battled him six times.
This happens to me quite a bit. So if I go to 100, I have to stop the battle after 99 because the Stats Page will be 100.
OCD in me.
Does this happen to others? Is this the right place to post this problem. Please move if it is in the wrong area.
[edit] This is for Kuuipo See Battle Records for Pet page (plus one or more) See Battle Records for Opponent (this has the right battle count).

That does still happen to me too occasionally, and while I don't know if there is any sort of permanent fix that can be done if you add
&resync=resync
to the end of the URL for your pet's stats page, it will at least sync your wins so they should display correctly on the stats page and on the winning page for the challenger.
You have to do it individually for any pets that have been affected, but I know it should still work because I've used it recently when I had a mistake while battling the anniversary challengers.

WOW. Awesome fix. Now I can battle without me being worried about the counts being wrong. XD &resync=resync At the end of the URL on my pet's stats page. For my notes.

No problem! And yeah, you can do it multiple times like if it happens again with the same pet, just resync the stats again and it should fix it. :)

Hey everyone - We identified and fixed the major issue that was messing up win counts now and then. See this post for more details.
I am pretty sure that was the only thing causing win counts to get messed up every now and then, but not 100% sure. If you experience a glitch with your win counts getting messed up after this point in time, please report it here and I will investigate further. If there are no reports for a while, I think we could assume that the glitch causing this has indeed been fixed.

I have a different issue - at least Daemon's battle counts are broken/have been wiped
Yesterday evening, after many, many months, I had a little spare time and wanted my pet Kosmotis to catch up with battling. I loaded his statistics page to see, whom he had battled and how often.
For Daemon he had 55 wins (which sounded o.k. and he has DEFINITELY battled this challenger) and I decided to go for a couple more (and the scroll). So I went ahead and upon finishing it said, this was his first win. I finished ten, got loot and XP accordingly, then refreshed statistics and the 10 were added to the 55, so it says 65 battles against Daemon for Kosmotis.
When I switch to "See Battle Records for Opponent" view, I only have 10 wins against Daemon with Kosmotis, no other pet, either.
I haven't had time to check on any other opponents, yet, sorry. There are much too many around by now, lol.
That should only have been an issue with Daemon, and it's only because when they brought back the different version of Daemon for the Subeta anniversary back in September, it wiped the stats for the regular version that shows up in the normal tab.
Ah, o.k., thank you. I actually had wondered, if it might have anything to do with the "real" Daemon, but since he has a name of his own "Daemon, Servant of the Seas", anyway, I immediately dismissed that thought.
I actually already made a post about this in the other thread, so sorry for the double post if you haven't had the time to answer!
I think that this is because of the double click bug (of course I can't be certain), but occasionally Battle Quest victories have apparently counted towards the regular total win count. After resync, I see victories against opponents I have never unlocked - but only for those enemies that are also Battle Quest opponents that I have defeated. i.e. the following opponents: Amalgapede, Angrybeard, Big Banner, Brain Eater, Captain's Ashes, Clive, Cloud Sylph, Coeli, Evil Morty, Grandcrab Jones, JallyFash, Jollyjaw, Meatslab the Resting, Ping, Pylot the Wary, Rottgeist, Scary Singer, Skeletal Warrior, Teef, and Wrole.
