it's down to how the section is coded - for Mondstaub, the width of the content section means that anything to the right of the main section where you have the pet overlay & story, won't show. (I've got loads to sort out of mine, where the content bit messed everything up too)

So let me see if I understand this, The new system will eventually fix profiles that are currently broken from the change? OR I need to fix it myself? I don't understand.

You have to fix it, but afterwards you shouldn't have to anymore. The new system just means that they will no longer be affected/broken by site code changes from that point on.

This is a welcome change because, to be honest, the current profile system is a disaster to code to.

Awwww bummer, my pet profile is broken now. I don't know how to fix it. I guess I need to contact the one who did it for me. Should I do it now, or wait in case other things happen?? How are the ones on the spotlight still working?

Can I just say that I love this update. I had coding for Costume for two months that didn't work because the site didn't support the CSS I was employing. After the upgrade, that CSS works!! Result c:

Thank you for this, most of my pets profiles got really messed up and I didn't know why. Most of my art is gone too. Thanks for addressing the issue, I'll wait to redo profiles till after this conversion.
