Oh boy, this one I just discovered because I was name-swapping two pets. But this page: https://subeta.net/pets_name_exchange.php

That page is fine, but after you click the button, the page that says the name swap was successful has the horizontal scroll problem.

I don't know if it's just me, or if it's the same issue, but this page has the horizontal scroll for me. I think it's the bookmarks that are the issue here, so I don't know if it needs its own thread.

I'm noticing this too, with the bookmarks being pushed to the side. I'll go ahead and update the first post, because all of the other links there are fixed now. (kind of forgot about this for a while, so I guess they were fixed in the meantime)
