Restricted items are a challenge for our patience, yes, LOL. Yet I am always happy we are allowed to play with them in the wardrobe nevertheless, that´s great. I can totally see an item being a gift to a dear friend and have very limited copies. Even when I crave it, LOL. Or when the item is a tribute to a pet which crossed the rainbow bridge. That´s easily understood.

Oh, I like the earrings for headpieces / wig adornment, more as earrings themselves, that was what I meant. And naturally, I am totally in love with the Dingle Dangle design, I adore how most of the little strings are even striped, that´s amazing for such a small item. There was a glitch with my latest Choco Loco one, hope to fix it, the CI is not animated.

Tails and horns are mostly not my cup of tea yet I like to use them for contests if all items are allowed.

I'm currently locked into another kissing thread. I either have 50 kisses left or 550 kisses left, depending on how that shakes out I may or may not have time to double back to Vic's thread and kiss my way to a copy of those earrings for you. I didn't know you had an item based on your kitty! I'm not sure I know which kitty pullover you're talking about. What's it's name? I want to go look at it! I have a recolor of Halliwell's kitty companion coming (IDK when, I won a free recolor in one of her contests) based on a kitty friend of mine. The kitty isn't mine, she belongs to the neighbor across the street but her 'owner' leaves her outside all the time except in the winter, so spring through fall, we hang out outside all the time. She's just the sweetest, softest cat you'll ever meet. I just love her to bits.

Speaking of kitty wearables, I recently saw you wearing the "Picky Little Piggy Lil Kitty Sweater," I meant to ask you about it but then forgot. I saw it in the wardrobe and of course immediately added it to my WL. I've been waiting to see the ping for it's release. Did it already come out and I missed it? Or is it a private/friend release or something?

I never use the skins either but I always grab as many as I can every year. I think it's fun to play along even though I never use them, but they're free if you use the biting threads, so I figure why not. And every now and then there's an HA contest that requires you to use a skin, so it helps to have as many options unlocked as possible ;) Yeah, I don't like the end stage of any of the viruses this year either, but I love the progression of the red virus - that one is really intense lol

I finished the kissing contest I was in last night (over 500 kisses in two days, 1000 in total). It was a three way race to hit the 1000 kiss mark and only two prize spots left, so I just spent all day kissing for two days. I got the 4th of 5 spots at the 1000 kiss mark. I'm very happy to be done with that. Now I can keep kissing but don't have to worry about hitting every kiss time lol

That's beautiful! I remember when that kitty sweater came out and seeing that it was a tribute to your fur baby, but it was before we were friends so I wasn't sure if I was remembering it right. When you said pullover it made me question if you meant:

My kitty tribute will be a recolor of the "Poofy Companion" it'll be all white with a black tail. I was surprised when she was open to the idea because she had just released an all white version, so to spend the time and CSC just to add the black tail, I feel very grateful.

haha no cats planned as of yet. I just finished the lil pup for earlier today, so now it's up to the CW gods to see if it's worthy of coming on-site. LOL

I don't have much in the works at the moment-- I've had a STUPID BUSY month and very little time to art. I have a few things that are long-in-the-works WIPs but I tend to just.. do a quick sketch and then shelve it because I get bored. Someday maybe I'll be prolific like the greats, but probably not ;)

I am! My job (which I've been at a year now) has sort of changed how I use my free time. Which sucks sometimes. My commute is 45-60 minutes, depending on weather and stuff, so that eats up an extra chunk of my day. So, during the week, I feel like I have little time and usually use it for Dungeons and Dragons, video games, some sort of art, or checking in here briefly to read the news. Hopefully I'll move closer one day, or have a job closer to home, but for now, it'll probably be like that.

It´s like spring here at the moment, around 20° Celsius and sunny, I can´t believe it. I don´t remember any February to be like this! Normaly, around Carnival (a Mardi Gras like big event in Germany) it´s cold and icy and all the people in their costumes have to cloth in several layerings (which looks a little bit odd if they are fairies or funkemariechen, LOL). It´s Old Wives Day here today, the start of the festivities, and it was long planned that I would stay at home this very day. Shrieking women run around and cut the neckties of the men who usually wear old ones this day, LOL. It´s a symbol to cut the male power and then there is a lot going on which often involves drinking a few too many (men, too!) and you better stay safe than sorry and be at home and not commuting on such a day.......

I feel like the weather is wrong everywhere. Sometime when I turn the news on and see the 'big' weather stories, it feels like it's the news on Supernatural in the early seasons.

Oh wow, it sounds like a very good day to stay at home. We don't have anything like that here. I generally try to stay off the roads on St Patrick's Day and New Years Eve because of all the drunks but that's about it lol

Today it´s gray here again, yet still warm. I have a half day off yet it´s March now already and I have to do the February paperwork and billing. Which is boring...... However, hubby is picking me up after his physio and we´ll drive to a beautiful and traditional Nepalese restaurant which offers very reasonable lunch menues with all the fresh stuff and delicious Ayurveda tea. I am sure my spirits will be restored there..... :-)

This is "our" table which we book always. It´s in the smaller middle room of the restaurant and all over the ceiling, there are these colorful prayer flags and the music is beautiful harmonic mantras. I feel sheltered there. The pic is a little bit blurry yet perhaps shows the atmosphere. They have a lot of authentic buddha statues and gongs and such there, too.

Afterwards, I have to teach until 9pm (3pm Sub).

More snow here today. Ordered Chinese take out from my favorite place, but it turns out it sold. I literally just had it last week and now it's 100% different. It was so gross! I hope your lunch went better than my dinner.

If you like Chinese food, you would like Nepalese for sure, I think. much veggies yet not that fatty like Chinese meals can be, yet also rice and noodles as a base. More creamy sauces with joghurt as a base and veggie rolls and cheese squares. Yummy. I hope you got another nice dinner later! ^-^
