I made this with my friends in our London flat for a party during study abroad. c:

Nutella Hot Chocolate

• Whole milk
• Nutella
• Baileys Irish Cream
• Whipped cream
• Cinnamon

Pour one cup of whole milk into a small saucepan over medium-low heat. Add in a generous tablespoon of Nutella and stir to combine. Gently simmer until the mixture is heated through and fully combined. Pour a shot of Baileys into a large mug and then add the Nutella milk mixture. Top with whipped cream and sprinkle with cinnamon.

another yummy idea...

you can microwave a small amount of nutella to make it liquid, then put it over ice cream as an alternative to fudge sauce. It's very delicious :)

Ode to Nutella

when we stayed in France we bought a loaf of bread as long as my torso, wide as my fist and carried it back over my shoulder like a musket to the apartment we rented. the owners had left a jar of nutella on a top shelf, we got it down and cut the bread into little slices, all of them different heights. we spread it with a plastic butterknife and it dripped through the holes in the crumb, getting chocolate all over our hands and faces as we tore through the crust with our back teeth. oh, the sweet chocolate and sour bread! oh! to be in a new place with a person i love!
