I did, but it had been 36 hours and I still hadn't gotten infected and I was getting fed up. Because I'm pretty sure it's not supposed to take that long. So I canceled it and did the random one and got instantly infected.

Yeah, that's what happened to me. I sent in a ticket and everything and I was just told to wait. But I got too ticked LOL So I just took matters into my own hands XD I will go for the one I want next if I don't get it this time.
