Preach. But, you know what? For me, baking is all about the process of it and the decorating more than the eating. Don't get me wrong - I definitely lick the spatulas and try a piece of whatever I've made.. but I give a lot of what I make away. I had a cupcake and I'm taking the rest to work today.
