It's sad when we feel relief when an event is finally over instead of sad that it's over. The shop is completely useless. Guess most of the stuff I wanted will be staying on my WL for next year. I don't know that Morostide started on the 1st but it seemed like it did start earlier than late October and I thought last year it started even later. So the next couple weeks will be boring. At least there are pirate opponents, not sure if I want to bother fighting them though.

I know! I guess we can hope for next year to be better. Maybe they will listen this time. Didn't a few of the holidays get pushed back for some reason? I think one was late and that made the rest of them late. My memory is shot lately.

I think that was Alegarten that was delayed but since my favorite holidays are Morostide, Luminaire and Masquerade I don't pay that much attention to the rest. I just hope enough people complained about that terrible shop that staff even noticed something is wrong with it.

You are probably right. I am not a fan of the pirate and Alegarten holidays. At least with the Alegarten one you can actually buy all the items you want. We can hope!

That's the good thing about alegarten, you can actually buy whatever you want and sometimes they have nice wearables.

Hey and Hi Sharkies! Sorry I have been kinda MIA. I had minor surgery on my Right shoulder a week ago and my range of motion was not great. It's much better now.

I am SO glad The Pirates are gone too! I really hope next year they figure something out with the shop. I just gave up 1/2 way through. I'm looking forward to Fireside and Morostide. We definitely need a little excitement around here.

Yeah, I just posted in the news that they need to re-do this holiday because it's just frustrating. I hope the staff sees it and they actually considering changing something because it's ridiculous now. Everybody needs to complain. Don't see any new loot drops on the pirate opponents so probably not worth my time battling. Can't defeat Fishbreath even with my top pet. With alegarten, I'm just disappointed that they never released bottoms/skirts to match the very pretty shirts.

Same here. It always made me wonder why they never made bottoms/skirts for those. I keep thinking This will be the year they do it, and then they don't...

Hey sharkies! I keep going MIA because life is just a dumpster fire. Hope everyone is doing alright and that everyone that has had stuff happen are getting better! I’m doing okay I guess. Could be better, could be worse. My mom left the job that we’ve been working at together and so it’s been crazy and awkward and stressful all at once. And then there’s some other family craziness going on too. I’m so over 2020 y’all, seriously.

Hopefully the site is doing better? I see that everyone is pretty bored with the stuff going on but hey, now it’s October and we can wait impatiently for Morostide! I like that they’ve asked for users input on things for Morostide, maybe we’ll get some neat stuff out of it! I really hope they do another storyline, I’ve missed those.

I need to get around to looking at GA prices and stuff, mine expired while I was MIA and I’m far too lazy to price my own shop items lol.

I did see the subscriptions and I’ll have to take a closer look to see if it’s an option for me. I just don’t know if a monthly thing will be better for me when I’m not sure how much I’ll be on and the situation with my mom. I live with my parents and with mom unemployed and dad on disability and me pitching in what I can, money is kind of a touchy thing at the moment. Mom filed for unemployment but in this dumpster fire world right now, we’re not sure if she’s for sure going to get it and when she will if she does. I will take a look at that post so thank you for the link!

I can deff understand that. It is really worth it for me because of the CW vouchers! Our landlord just raised the rent again (it has gone up $125 in less then 2 years!!) so who knows how long I will be able to keep it though. Welcome!

I try to create and save a few in advance that way all I have to do is a quick change to get a new one. Makes it a lot easier! I think I still have some cute ones from last year that I will wear again.

Vouchers? Do those buy CWs or is that for creating a new CW? Oh man, that’s crazy! I’m glad our landlord hasn’t done that to us. I honestly don’t think he’s ever raised ours and we’ve been here for...gosh, 11 years? Sometimes he’s hard to get ahold of and he’s a little slow on fixing stuff sometimes (depending on what it is that needs fixing) but he’s a pretty decent landlord otherwise.

Yeah I might have to do that and save a bunch of things. There’s a new CW dress I found that I’m drooling over so I might have to figure out how to get it and make a costume with it lol.

Right now I am paying for the $15 subscription and every month I get 3 vouchers that can be used to buy CWs from the regular CW shops. You can't use them to create CWs or pay for slots on boards, but it does save me money in the long run since I wont have to buy extra csc to get the CWs. It is insane and they always use the excuse that expenses are going up! They are nice enough to let us know that we have the right to move out if we want. Oh gee thanks, and here I thought we were being held prisoner here 0_0 I didn't know we could get out!

Ohhh gotcha. I’m definitely going to have to look at the options for these subscriptions then. The CWs are like kryptonite sometimes lol, I love so many of them. I know! I am totally addicted to the Sleeping Bunny Princess dresses :D Yeah and they claim that they are still charging less then anyone else in our area. I think they are full of crap! I wish I had the nerve to go around and ask our neighbors how much they are paying for their apartments, but it feels so freakin rude.

Oh for sure, the bunny dresses are so gorgeous. I just gave in and bought a CSC card with sP so I had enough to get the dress I liked. I’m gonna make an outfit with it right now lol.

I love the bunny dresses also and have a couple. Think I have the gold color one on my WL, hoping someone would want to trade it for a CW in my shop. I got the $5 subscription but haven't wanted any of the special items so they go into my shop. Doubt I'd use the vouchers since most of the (few) CWs I buy I get from slots not directly from the shop. Looking forward to Morostide.
