I understand, we're aware of this. I was posting that because some have mentioned losing loyalty totems, so I want to let people know they can file tickets to get those reimbursed!

Just pushed a fix; as always, there may be a 5-15 minute delay before the fix goes fully live.

Please be patient as we work to resolve the recent issues. These are all related to our move to PHP7, which we will make a more detailed post about soon.
