Yep blank page when you try to do blue building quests :(

I am not old. I am gracefully aged
I'm also having the same issue as OP and many others. The exception is that no matter how many times I close and reopen, I still only get a white page.

Blank (white) page when attempting to access the quests for the Blue Building as well.
Any update on a possible solution? I'm in no rush just thought to ask.
Same, I get nothing but a blank page. I use chrome, windows 10, and this has been for a few days for me now.

I can't even get the quests to open, all I see is a blank white page no matter how long I wait or refresh. Safari Galaxy s7, desktop mode enabled and have successfully done these quests with this phone setup before. This has been an issue for me the last 4-5ish days.
Hoping that we can get a solution so we can get our BB quests done.

It's been several days that I've been unable to do blue building quests due to this bug. :(
This error is occurring as a result of our big PHP upgrade - the old code that BB quests ran on finally became too outdated to work anymore. What we're doing to solve it: finally switching BB quests to the same system that all of our other quests use. We need to essentially rewrite this code so it may take a while. This wasn't something we foresaw and we definitely apologize for the inconvenience while BB quests are down.
Feel free to ask me any questions about this. I know it's frustrating to have a site feature go suddenly poof for an indeterminate amount of time, so the least I can do is let you know it's being worked on, and be here if you have any questions/concerns.

I appreciate the update. Once the problem is acknowledged, the hard part is waiting without hearing any more about it. So thank you for taking the time out to keep us informed. :)
Call me mean but I hope this restarts the Blue Building scoring system so that newbies like me have a chance.

Are the levels and points we acquired safe? I had a few thousand points saved up and would be kind of disappointed if they were gone (but I would understand since this was an unforeseen problem). Then again, miraculously saved Luminaire a few years ago so I'm sure they are saved somewhere :P

Might I suggest that since the problem has no determined date of being repaired, that you officially close the quest part of the blue building and announce it on the news board?
What is frustrating to all us users, is the BLANK PAGE. Why not put up a temporary link which something like, "The Blue Building is currently being upgraded, watch the news for its re-opening".
Doing this will make something that is obviously broken seem like something that being upgraded for our future enjoyment.
That is a good suggestion and we do try to do that when we can. In this case, I admit we overlooked it because we were dealing with so many things. We are almost done with the Blue Building update so it's not really worth putting up now, but we'll try to keep it in mind for future situations!
