Yeah, super scary but on the bright side: it's 4 billion years in the future so realistically humanity will have already gone extinct from other causes way before that....

okay maybe that's also scary to think about.

You know... rather than scary, I almost find it... unsurprising? While I don't think it's completely irreversible or anything, our species as a whole has caused a lot of damage to the planet (and each other, and other lifeforms). That's kinda sad. :<
