oh but, if you have both line breaks AND br tags then it will put them twice. So like if you have: line one
line two it will put two line breaks because it'll put one for the br tag, and then one more for when you hit the enter key (if that makes sense) - I'm not sure but could that be the issue you're having with it?

Okay, this is probably why I have that extra line between sentences. Let's see if this fixes everything. Now to wait for cache to make it up-to-date, I had deleted the sentences since I couldn't fix it.

Emoji seem to be breaking randomly....

Post I noticed it on - there should be three in there.... two :D and one ;) They didn't show until I refreshed the page (literally there was no image there, not even an apparent space for it), but when I refreshed the page again, two of them vanished, leaving just one :D showing. I tried changing ;) to 😉 in case that helped, but that still didn't make it appear consistently....

The smiley faces aren't working for me at least :) and :D

They show up in the text when you quote a post though, just not in the actual post itself.

The 'palm_tree' short code appears to be broken. It's one that appears in a friend's status and is broken when it displays in the friend's widget.

In fact, I can't even put this phrase instead code brackets without it coming out like

I conjecture that the colon-p combination is being intercepted (as a tongue-out smiley?) prematurely. Good luck with this.

It's a lesser bug and not very problematic as far as bugs go, but I think I should report it anyway xP Editing the Notepad makes all the line breaks temporarily vanish from the "front side's" note text, but they'll reappear and your updated note will be normal after you change pages/refresh/etc.

(I call it "front side" 'cause I don't know the name of the visible, non-code-looking, rendered side of the code; forgive me x_x)

- I'm not sure what if anything changed today, but this morning, I sent a gift from the Gift Center and I did not need to add any [*br] tags to my message in order for it to display correctly. I then went back to the Gift Center a few hours later to send another gift, and suddenly, now I need to use the [*br] tags like crazy, otherwise my sentences just run into each other like a paragraph instead of on separate lines. I've also just noticed this in sending sMails as well.

To show you what I mean, here's an example of what I wanted to write:

Hello is on line one. Goodbye is on line two.

This morning, I could simply write that as: Hello is on line one. Goodbye is on line two.

This evening, I have to write it as: Hello is on line one.
Goodbye is on line two.

It seems that hitting the "return" or "enter" key doesn't actually do anything. But, the forums work fine. Just the Gift Center and sMail is where I'm encountering the problem.

In my profile, I've got links to dailies, up to yesterday when I clicked them, they opened in a new page so I could quickly close it again and do the next one, but today it takes me to the page instead and I have to click back and forth.
Is this because of your sentence:
"Open links in new tab" preference is not respected (probably cant make it do that tho..)"

I just looked at my user profile (X) and it is a mess. I can't figure out why my columns are on top of each other when my code should be placing column 2 to the left of column 1 and column 3 underneath column 2...
