Some sushi is nasty but the shrimp one is amazing! I've actually probably tried them all - while drinking - but the shrimp, I think it's called ebi is really good!

I'm not sure about Canada but here the shrimp is cooked. I've heard there's a law that in the U.S. it has to be cooked. Some of it I ate didn't look cooked though. And that is nasty to me too.
