i'd like to order an overlay for Rover! he's almost identical to Belmont but his wings and halo are a bit different, like this (Bruce made this! ❤️)

only his halo and eyes are gold, his horns are black. his wings are bat-like just like Bruce did, but way bigger, same size as Bel's.

i read your new rule and i'm not sure if the ref i gave you is going to be enough (it's the only ref of his appearance i have) so feel free to charge me extra if it applies!

They're a space dragon (I know so original coming from me), their body is black with stars, their paws leak orange/red/blue nebula matter. They have glowing silver eyes and a floating third eye. They are a calm entity who passively record everything that is happening in the cosmos. Pose is up to you as long as they are floating.
