As Elise stood with the group, a dainty gold watch caught her eye at the jewelry stand where Lenore () had stopped at. Without a second thought, she hurried over and bought it, hoping to rejoin before she straggled too far behind, although there were still some students browsing the jewelry stand. With her purchase in hand, she returned to the group at the sweet stand.

Elise quietly listened to the others ( + everyone else pinged) make their orders at the sweet stand. She couldn't quite decide what to order herself; as an avid coffee lover, she couldn't help but feel compelled to order some coffee. However, fearful of her queasiness coming back, she felt coffee would have to wait for another time. Looking at what the others ordered, she decided on getting the same drink and treat as Nathaniel (), iced peppernuts and a warm cup of peppermint tea, and thanked Ms. Albury ().

She blew at her tea, before taking a quick sip. The tea hit the spot, warming her up immediately and dissuading any lurking queasiness. Although usually not a fan, Elise found the tea to be delicious.

"The jewelry stand over there", Elise said as she pointed towards it, "has beautiful and rare trinkets. I found a lovely watch, that my grandma will surely -"

The loud commotion at the second stand interrupted Elise mid-sentence. Still a bit confused by the commotion that occurred in front of her, she turned to the others.

She followed the group into the little shop and gasped. She wasn't surprised by the size, such enchantments were fairly common in wizarding communities. The beauty however, took her by surprise. It was classic and charming in a way that her own lavish home couldn't be if it tried. Everything gave off a sense of warmth and happiness.

"Ooh, there are so many!" she exclaimed quietly, her eyes alighting on a table full of little silver and gold trinkets. There were also jars of unmelting snow, bubbles that wouldn't pop and magically enlarged snowflakes that sparkled like crystal. Arranged on more tables were craft items of all sorts, along with some books of ideas. Along the shelves were some gorgeous pieces that looked hand-made.

"Ms Battersby?" Lenore asked as she admired the shelves, "Did you make these?"

"I will definitely have to check out that jewellery stall then, Elise!" Callista smiles.

As they make their way into Mrs Batterby's shop, she pauses to pet the cat. "Don't be embarrassed over him," she says. "I didn't bring Sabrina to the market because I knew that even if I put her on a lead she'd still get into everything somehow. Cats will do whatever they like and the rest of us just have to get used to it!"

Then she starts picking out baubles and beads to make some jewellery. Fiammetta and Juliana would like that for sure, and so would her mother.

"Anyone want to string beads with me?" Callista smiles at the group. "It's easy and you can make things that look really grand, or something special to match a favourite outfit."

((OOC: yeah if you want IRL crafts work it's definitely going to happen later than today-unless things I've already made are OK!))

(OOC - just popping from the hospital in to make things clear - for the art&craft, you can draw(traditional or digital), craft (IRL) or put something together and make a photo. I guess you can even count baking as crafting as well. c: It may take a while for me to reply since I'm still not home. )

Hollynd had iced peppernuts and coffee with whipped cream from Beth Albury. She observed the group from its fringe and spent most of her outing making Christmas cards for her family, drinking tea, and playing with Claude the cat at Florence Battersby’s.
