What I wouldn&;t mind is a sort of "ITEM has been put into PETNAME&;s treasure!" receipt page, for lack of a better word. The "petname&;s treasure" would link to the TC. That way you can go and superquickly retrieve your item if you meant to put it somewhere else.

A receipt page? You mean something like when you feed your pet, and it brings up the page with their hunger levels and comments on the food?

Yep! Exactly that! :D

"Receipt" was the first word that came to mind. Summary would be better, come to think of it!

Having a message that the item has been added to the pet's TC is a good idea, but to have an extra step that includes a whole new page load? No thanks. That'd be more annoying than a pop up, IMO. D:

Not sure if this would be possible, but what I suggest is that the inventory is loaded after adding an item to TC, and your message/link idea appears at the top. No extra page load. The message confirms where the item has been moved to, and the link is there for people who need it.

Oh, that'd work even better! :D A quick little note on where your item went while you go on to moving the rest of the items. Kinda like the "Category Successfully Updated!" message in vaults, but not vanishing.

Yeah, that kind of thing could be perfect for this. The message in the vault doesn't prevent you clicking anything else on the page. If it can be set to stay until the page is reloaded or changed, and can include the URL you suggested, something like that could work great in this situation. It can easily be ignored by people who don't need it.

You were thinking more of a thin bar, like the current "you've been snowballed by USERNAME" message, yeah? That'd be fantastic. It stays on the page, it's small and unobtrusive, shows (and links) to where you moved your last item, and I imagine it could be easily customized or removed with customCSS for those who absolutely don't care for it! Everyone wins!

Yeah that sort of thing. I expect it would be possible to adapt that to fit this suggestion. Good point on the custom CSS too. If it's really unwanted by anyone, it should be easy enough to remove.

I wonder if it might be possible to include an "Undo" link, so rather than going to the TC and looking for the item, you can just retrieve it immediately if you didn't mean to move it there. I'm not sure how easy that would be to code, but if it can be done it would be useful here.

An undo/move back to inventory option would be really useful too! Obviously, it wouldn't work for things like stickers and things you've added to your collection, but for anything you can normally remove, it'd be great. It would definitely save users both annoyance and lots of pageloads to get the item back if they moved it on accident.

Oh definitely. It shouldn't work for anything where adding an item cannot be undone, like collections. But it'd be great for if you've moved an item to the wrong TC. Maybe could be expanded to undo moving items to user shops, galleries, and the minion zoo (I think minions can be removed from the zoo? If not, not there either).

You can definitely remove stuff from the minion zoo!

Shops, galleries, pet TCs, pet minion, minion zoo, armory, scrolls list, wardrobe and the vault come to mind as candidates for the undo option. There might be more, but those are all the ones that I could think of.
