For some reason, I really love the and because I've had a thing with hearts and angelic things since a little kid ^^ I also love the because, again, angelic-stuff lover. Probably because I have 'angel' in my name, but also because I love how innocent and pretty "angelic" things always are. Plus, the wings were one of the first items in my wardrobe when I first joined Subeta, which was when I was still pretty young, so not only do they bring nostalgia but to me they also kind of represent that really happy, pure time in my life :) Now, I have so much stress because of everything that's happening in life, but it reminds me of a few years ago when I didn't have much to worry about.

wow, a rooster? that's an achievement! hens are so much easier, they're sweethearts, but once roosters get around a year old usually they get super cranky x.x that's so cute! our macaw kind of does the same thing to our other animals - he chases my kitty off the bed sometimes because he wants me to himself x3
aww, black chickens are precious ❤️ that's so sad though ;; it seems like the sweetest birds end up being the shortest lived, it's not fair. the macaw is right about five months old now! we adopted him about a week shy of two months ago now, and he's the funniest thing ❤️ he's sitting on my leg right now watching me type, and he likes to chew on his silly bird toes cx
ahh, i love that horse! i didn't even know it existed o: when i was little, my family had a swedish exchange student stay with us for almost a year, and i loved the culture she shared with us ❤️ plus, swedish candy is amazing cx also yessss, oh my gosh. so much nostalgia in those gumball machines. they'd always be at the video store that my mom liked to let me and my brother rent movies from, back when video stores were still a big thing! i remember always trying to get the white and pink gumballs.
aha, it is a really happy little chicken! i also love those food items, i want spaghetti now x3 and the unprepared pumpkin, oh gosh. i was like 'for what?' and then read the description and i can't, it's too good. that has to go in significant's treasure chest now too, first because it's a pumpkin but secondly because it's the best pumpkin cx
that otter is the cutest thing ever, it's official. there is nothing cuter that can possibly exist without breaking the universe. in all seriousness though, i love those little cuties! the is definitely a favorite of mine too, it makes me think of this one friend who's constantly super excited for /everything/ - if anyone ever gives her confetti, the world is going to need so many more vacuum cleaners x3
i'm primarily a french horn player! it's been 9 yrs with that one now, and i picked up trumpet, a little bit of violin, and marimba (which acts like a piano essentially, just with mallets) a bit more recently. ryan started on trumpet about the same time as i did on horn, i taught him the horn in early 2015, and he also does alto + soprano saxophone, guitar/bass/mandolin, and a little bit of flute! he plays more instruments than i do but like to tease him that i'm better at the ones i play than he is, aha c; aww, i love that you have a pet named for her! ❤️ i think i'm just too sappy for this world? i made significant to have a place to put all that stuff since i can't lock all of it in my inventory to look at it all the time x3 it's also amazing to me that your gf is named for a soap opera character - i recently found out that apparently ryan's first name is from a soap opera too! his mom was telling stories about how she named her kids and his siblings have some wild ones! it's too funny, though i can't recall which soap it was, now that i'm trying to. it's like when someone asks what your favorite song is and all of a sudden, you can remember exactly none of the songs that exist x3

we got to stay strong because our loved ones would want us to be happy and live our lives to the fullest. I think its wonderful how you take care of your grandmother, I know taking care of others is a big task especially when they have some kind of illness like my grandmother she suffered from depression (my whole family suffers from deep depression) and because of that she got overweight and became bed bound, and not really anyone besides my mom and one of my aunts wanted to take care of her. I realized just how fast time really goes especially as you get older so yup we definitely have to cherish all the time we have with them, thanks for responding to me <3

I miss my Mom and after she passed I wore the on my HA for a while. She use to watch me play on this site and would laugh saying I was still a big kid lol. :)
I also love since it reminds me of the kittens and puppies I was raised with who have since passed on. I have two bad spoiled ones now (in my forum pic) that keep me out of trouble lol.Oh my goodness so much to catch up on. Sorry for the longggg post, I'm not even sure I can ping this many people in one post :O I hope I didn't miss anyone I needed to respond to - I really can't keep track of this many posts.
Yeah I definitely prefer the first season to the others. But as a whole it was great and just sooo gorgeous. I feel like in the later seasons, if I hadn't read the books I wouldn't have known what was going on - I know there was a lot I had to explain to mom when she watched.
Yes! ALL the FANDOMS!!! I started Supernatural at the beginning, so it's been a part of my life for, oh my gosh, 13 year!?! now. Thanks to tumblr it's brought some of my best friends into my life. Are you caught up on all the seasons now?
Cas and Dean ALL the things ;) I just got my Supernatural calendar for next year today.
I love all the Supernatural stuff at Hot Topics but I can't afford or fit most of them - I don't understand we they decided all the SPN fans are small. I went in there this black friday and held up one of the SPN t-shirts and asked my friend what size they thought it was, they said 'Maybe an extra small?' - lol Nope extra large.
Too many sad kitty stories - that year we actually lost three kitties. They had all been with us 15+ years. Right now I just have the one tortie kitty but I hope to get at least one more kitty. Hopefully you have a long long time left with your fur babies and no need to think about the sad parts.
Oh man I wish there could've been a season four - I think I remember reading that Fuller had it planned out through season seven crys
I just love it when kittys bark/chirp at birds. My kitty now doesn't do it but my tiger kitty used to. I used to sit in the window and watch birds with him and I'd say to him 'tell those sparrows to come back over here' and then he would bark/chirp at them lol
What type of dog is your doggo?
Aww thank you - I'll let her know you said that she loves compliments ;) Browncoats Unite! We may have been the losing side. Still not convinced it was the wrong one ;)
Personally I started Doctor Who with the 8th Doctor (Paul McGann) that was just a one off TV movie before the big reboot (and before I got really hooked) so no reason to worry about the 8th Doctor. For full fledge classic Who I really couldn't begin to tell you were to start but if you mean the new stuff: I generally recommend people just start with the beginning of the reboot with the 9th Doctor (Christopher Eccleston) but if that's not clicking for you there's no real reason you couldn't just skip ahead to David Tennant (my favorite) and if that doesn't click either just jump ahead to Matt Smith.
To me there's a huge difference between the Eccleston/Tennant (9/10) years and the Smith (11) years (new Doctor, new Companions, and probably most importantly new Show Runner) so if the 9th and 10th Doctors just don't work for you maybe 11 will. I do know people who really didn't click with 9 or 10 but LOVE 11/Smith. If none of those work for you can always try 12/Peter Capaldi. I really love Capaldi's Doctor especially once he started traveling with Billie.
Generally speaking it's a pretty safe place to start any time there's a new Doctor or a new Companion - there'll of course be some backstory you won't catch but you should be able to enjoy it with no trouble. Or if starting at the beginning of anything sounds like too much I've often seen that the episode Blink is a really good place to start - it's part of Tennant's time as the Doctor but the story is a bit separate from the rest of the storyline so you can just watch it 100% on it's own. Of course at the end of the day Doctor Who may not be your thing and that's okay too. Wow that got long - sorry.
Hugs for dearly loved and missed orange kitties.
Fictional characters and fandoms in general may not be real but our feelings for them are. Fly that fangirl flag high and proud ;)
Your story about the bees and lavender was lovely. I love nature too.
I love Lovecraft too! The master of cosmic horror. I wish someone would make a quality film/tv adapation of one of his stories - I've seen some pretty B list horror films based on his stuff but have never found anything that lives up to the source material - How about you?
added to second post so pings would go through
I miss Doctor/Donna so much! I've watched that season way too many times lol
I think it depends upon your level of comfort with gore. It didn't bother me at all - all I really saw was the beauty and artistry of it, like the cello neck - but I also know people who just couldn't take it (and I think they think of me differently now because it didn't bother me lol). It's not so much a specific scene but I really loved the episode/concept where the guy was using people to grow mushrooms UGG so good (plus I loved the Wonderfalls cross-over in that episode)
Oh my god that is such a wonderful thing between you and Ryan. ;.; It's lovely!!
The invisible string is such a thing and when I try to explain it to most people I get weird looks, like I'm nuts. And the literal only way for me to explain it to anyone is if they've experienced it, too. My health is..idk yet. I'm trying to get into see a specialist for my case and it's been frustrating because I'm not insured yet. So right now its a lot of hurry up and wait. :/ Its issues I've had pretty much half my life now and its just progressing.

Nope couldn't ping everyone in one post so here are the pings that didn't go through as far as I could tell ;)

Can I just say this this is the cutest prompt ever? Such a good question and I love seeing everyone's responses! Here are mine:
The and really any bow-related item, but especially that one. My family in my sorority was bow-themed and we wore bows for everything, and our school color was red so we wore big red scarves tied in bows to all the football games! Seriously some of my best memories are from when I was wearing bows.
I love because it reminds me of Lana Del Rey (my queen tbh). She wore an American flag draped like that the first time I saw her live and she was AMAZING and actually I've never used the item but someday I will haha.
And the . Just because I think it's the cutest thing in the world. c:
a poodle, the medium ones (~10 pounds) I know they can live longer than bigger dogs but still :o
WAS THAT ALL RECITED BY HEART?! Jk obviously it was. I'm Gryffindor, my Patronus is a Nebelung cat (yay cats!! also one of my favorite animals), my wand is a Beech wood with a Phoenix feather core (because Gryffindor duh) 13 ¼" and Pliant flexibility. Yeah I suppose Gryff takes over the merchandise world :c I've found a lot of people on etsy that sell HP fan gear though!
Yay another HP fan! c: Is a basset hound fitting for you? I'm very much like a cat. Lazy and unpredictable at times xD
Nope, I'm not! I've actually been very inactive on Subeta this year. I'm in a very demanding internship right now that comes along with a ton of school work D: But that sounds like a lot of fun!
/faints Literally never getting rid of them <3 You're amazing ;-; But also love stories like yours make my heart happy. Isn't that crazy how you two had your own separate lives and it's like fate brought you two together?
My furby used to turn on on it's own! I ended up taking the batteries out and hiding it in the back of my closet and found it several years later and became traumatized all over again xD Maybe look in to a facebook page for it? I believe that's how it originally started in my city!
Omg I love that American flag shh Lana Del Rey in Born to die ahahaba i bought that item only for that reason also i've never wore that ahaha I'll later ahaha
[flower=lucci] Stickers WL!
I bet s/he is really cute (and smart). Hopefully you have a long time left with them.
I guess in a way it is. I am pretty persistent, and I love dogs XD If only there were a chihuahua patronus cuddles her little pupper chihuahua
This is why I love Subeta so much. The art is more than just art. So many items are significant to us in their own ways and for their own reasons. You can learn so much about people this way <3
There are soo many items I love, it's hard to narrow it down but I'll try lol
Violins and sheet music always reminds me of my grandpa, who passed away several years ago. His number one passion in life was playing and teaching violin. Not a day would go by where he wouldn't play his violin for at least a couple hours.. He was such an amazing violinist. Every time I see a violin or hear classical music, I immediately think of him.Nope, most of what I've seen of Lovecraft on film/tv has been pretty much the B variety, and some so bad I've wiped it from memory.
I have however played a table top roleplaying game, Call of Cthulhu, that is incredibly fun! The best part is the "sanity points" which, if they fall too low can be hazardous not only to oneself, but to the rest of the party too. One of my characters was once shot by another player who's sanity points had dropped too low.
There is a skill in the game, Cthulhu Mythos, which measures how much you understand about what's really going on. Sanity points + cthulhu mythos can never exceed a certain value - so as you learn more about the world, you get less and less sane.

Aw! I have a dog too. She's a border collie/spaniel mix I think. I rescued her about a year and a half ago and it was the best thing I ever did <3 How long have you had your dog?
I wish I took up violin when I was younger! Such a beautiful sounding instrument. I played piano for several years then gave it up. I regret that as well ;-;
Three years :) My mother had gotten him from a breeder, and having no patience decided she was going to take him to the pound. My husband and I decided that wasn't going to happen and we adopted him :) He was still only a baby!
Oh yay! I love a happy ending. The pound makes me so so so sad D: I wish I could take all of those babies home.
Yeah, I agree that they really showed it in artistic ways. The whole show is just honestly so masterfully put together. lol The mushroom episode was really good too! The concept of using people as a mushroom farms is so dementedly amazing. haha I would've never come up with half of the concepts they created for the show.
Ahh, yeah that's understandable then! I was super inactive earlier this year because of work as well, and have only recently returned. What is your internship for, if you don't mind my asking? C:
