You gave me that flag! Thank you for that laugh, I really needed it. Something awful has happened and I'm really shaken up about it. Mike (staff) suggested I go over to Next Steps yesterday as this is my first time experiencing this, but I stayed here. I didn't want to take 'it' over there. I'll be in touch.
