Please remember that these boards are for reporting so please keep to one topic, please be patient, and also please provide the following information:

  1. Operating system and browser including the version of each. This would be OS X (10.5/.6.7) for you mac users, or Windows (XP/Vista/7/8) for PC users and browser is Chrome, Safari, IE, or Firefox.
  2. Did you complete all steps: i.e. load item list fully, submit prices to server, then autoprice and let the autoprice bar load fully?
  3. Did you clear your cache?
  4. Have you made sure your browser is up to date?
  5. What add-ons do you have on your browser? Could you disable them and try to AP then? (I have reset your shop so you can try)

Once I get this, I can make a full report to a programmer. If you start your post with I will get your response much faster :D

I am not sure why it is not working for you. I tested on both my shops and it works. If you have another machine or browser to try it on for now, you may want to try it there. I have reported it and will let you know when I hear back.

If I could AP for you I would but unfortunately I am not that type of staff. And I don't help for things so I wouldn't feel right. :P I will let you know as soon as I hear from a programmer.

Depends on who is on at the time and what they are working on. I did reset your AP if you want to try again though. Make sure you let each step load before going to the next one and see if that helps.

FROM OTHER BOARD:

It's the 5th day and I am still unable to AutoPrice my shops.

It keeps giving me the option every time to "click here" saying the AP didn't work although I haven't tried to AP yet that day/today.

It's still, when trying to load the bar (which is on top of the numbers) never begins to load. Also, it's misreading the amt. of items in my shops. It's trying to price 1865, 1885 etc....

Once again it ate another 25csc.

It's stuck.

P.S. I've written tickets, they've done their best to help and Destiny refunded the 2nd time it ate 25csc. I've filled all the possible answers out like Chrome Android Hard Refresh Clearded Cache & History

Tried another device & still doesn't work.

I wasn't trying to upset you. It is my job to clean up topics. In the future though, you can edit your post with more information if need be.

This should be fixed for you now. The problem seems to happen when you delete a shop that has items that haven't been priced yet but are still in the autopricer queue. Please let me know if I need to reset the AP for today and then you can make a ticket for the CSC reimbursement (I can't do that part).
