It isn't the staff member's fault - all they can do is reset it through the admin site (like set it to 0 and then back to the number you're supposed to have) since they're not programmers. Usually that works, but our achievements code is really messy and buggy so sometimes it's not enough and a programmer has to get involved.

I'm trying various things to trigger them now, let me know if any sidebar notifications/achievement prizes pop up on your end!

ooh okay I see. Sorry for the confusion! Can you just delete those achievement prizes then, lemme try and give you the correct ones this time >_<
