presumably if some r202 items can be moved to the vault, it should be possible for all of them; but it was never clarified on the other thread if this disparity has anything to do with whether or not an item was account-locked before the introduction of the &;not tradeable&; rarity

i'm pretty sure the bloody summoning altars (ii and iii) can be placed in the vault; i remember someone made a thread a while ago pointing this out and theorizing that it was possible because they were not originally account-locked. i'll see if i can dig up the thread...

i'd also assume is not/was not locked to the inventory, mostly because Butterclaw has one in his tc!
