Oh my gosh, my beau bought this for me on the PS4, it is one of my ABSOLUTE favorite FF games, and I started playing it last night, and just, oh man, it's actually aged REALLY well for being a PS1 era game.
Like, I'm sure they've probably updated SOME of it (some character art, maybe the models since they almost look too good to be true), but I know a lot of it is still true to the original (because it's not actually been THAT long since I last played it >>; ), and it's just aged so gracefully when I put it next to some other games.
(coughFFVIIcough; I'm not overly fond of the game itself [thanks rabid fanbase!] and parts of that game are broken af, fite me)

The palico, omg, it's so cute, and customizeable, so I can make it look like one of my boys if I feel like taking the time to do so.
(Let's face it, I probably will, I always spend an absurd amount of time on customization when given the option.)
