Tomato mozzarella caprese
Went to dinner with some family yesterday, chose to go to Red Lobster as my mum adores eating there but rarely gets the chance to do so (most of my family aren't that big on seafood), and had this as part of my dinner, it was better than I was expecting, to be honest.
A little weird to try to find vegetarian stuff at a seafood restaurant (though, really, vegetarian options are just a frequent struggle for me to find in most places), but worth the effort to see my mum enjoy herself after the hellish week we've had.
