Raisin Bread - Toasted with cream cheese

Matcha crepe? I don't believe I have ever had one what is it made with? I like trying new food.

I am assuming its matcha flour but what I meant to ask was - with berries? whipped cream? some kind of sauce?

Falafel! Which was dinner last night, we made them kind of curry flavored and topped them with cheese curds and a yogurt sauce, it worked out very well, they were quite good.

It was a normal crepe, but it was filled with, like, a matcha flavored ice cream (at least, it seemed like ice cream, it was rather cold), it had some whipped cream in it and some sweet red beans. If I were to make one myself, though, I'd probably go for adding matcha powder to the crepe and whip up a sweet matcha cream to fill it. (Though if the crepe were flavored well enough, I imagine a plain whipped cream would work quite well!) If I had the option, I'd probably add sweet red bean paste, but it can be hard to come by in some places. I imagine any flavor that works well with actual green tea (blueberry and lemon, for example) would work well enough to go with a matcha flavored crepe, too, so I suppose that kind of leaves the possible filling field wide open now that I'm really thinking about it.

thank you for your great thoughts on making the crapes from scratch. I love Matcha and was only introduced to the ice cream balls a few years back. I will probably try out some of your suggestions this summer.
