My beau and I did a lot of people watching while waiting in ride lines yesterday.
I've decided it was like a mini study on humanity.
The number of people who had their phones out the whole time was astounding, I'd say the average was something like one in every three people had a mobile device practically glued to their hands.
And the number of people drinking something while in line was also interesting, I think I observed something like one in every ten adults holding a beverage in long lines, and probably a good tenth to a fifth of those were drinking alcohol, especially toward mid-afternoon and after. I wasn't sure if I should commend them or not because I know the combination of me with alcohol and a roller coaster would be an utter disaster.
