While it's not quite as easy to read as the old Account Search results, I love what you've done! It's something I've been hoping we'd get for a long time (it'll be much easier finding and retrieving something in the vault when questing, or if there is a spare in a gallery), but it's also sooooo much easier to remove a specific item from the wardrobe if we know what it is we're trying to remove!

I like being able to quickly remove something, but I agree it's not as clear where things are located.

Before it was just items and locations. With categories like COMMERCE now and the ability to remove items, it makes the screen busier. But like I said, I like having the option to remove an item now and so it's a matter of just getting used to it.

That said, do we need categories like COMMERCE and PETS + PET COLLECTIONS listed?

It might be fine to just have dividers instead of titles, since most items will only be found in one of the categories anyway. I also think it would help visually if we made the titles stand out less (like make them gray instead of black, or something) so it's easier to focus on the results themselves. What do you think?

Maybe even as far as color-coding the categories. Mainly I'm thinking about items that could be found in a lot of places... like foods you can also wear, books that you read to multiple pets, and so on. I'd like it to be an at-a-glance thing, once people get used to it of course, where you don't really need to read the results to know where the item was found. (You know what I mean?)

Personally though I'm not sure any changes are needed, but others may feel differently. I can see getting used to how it is now.

All right, I'll leave it for a few days then, maybe opinions will change as it becomes more familiar :)

I'm just tired, this month has been... quite something haha. I hope everyone enjoys the Remove Item button in any case! It works for vault, wardrobe, shops, and galleries. Should make a lot of things more convenient now! <3

I’ve been using Subeta on my iPad lately (not laptop) so I’m unsure if the Account Search is less clear cos of that or cos I”m unfamiliar with it. A few days of use will let us know though. :P

I love this change! I think it's so helpful and I can see myself using account search more often now, tbh. ^3^

I don't like the categories. It's clear to me from the description of where it is, where it is. I don't need Subeta to tell me what kind of thing Subeta thinks it also is.

I dislike the specificity of the search both in it and a apparently now also in Shop Search. I am going to have to live at Subetalodge now and hope desperately they don't follow suit. I really like my wildcards because I have so much stuff I'm not going to remember more than the part of any item's name.

Same here. I thought I'd test it out by entering the names of some items I know I have in my Fungi From Yuggoth shop. For example, the Angelic Booster Pack I have in there came up as No Items Found. I had to click on the Shop Search option on the Accounts Search page to be shown I had it in the shop.

This update is absolutely amazing! It's so helpful with the removal option. I'm glad that the account search on the recycle beast works properly now as that was annoying yesterday. Great Job! :D

I love the new account search, especially the 'remove one' option! ^_^ Again, thanks so much for implementing this. It really works to bypass the vault and lots of the related issues.

Changes I'd like to see:

• For easier reading, remove the headers and keep the dividers (I love the dividers!). The page does seem a bit cramped, but getting used to it will help too I guess.
• A 'remove all' button would be great for things like the recycle beast! As it is, you either have to refresh to use 'remove one' again or go to the vault. Which isn't bad, but could be better. I use the RB every single day (unless I forget) and removing everything takes a while.
• A remove one/all button from legacy shops/galleries (I know, I know, I'm still clearing it out. This would help that!)
• Fix it so it works when extra spaces are added to the start/end of the item name

Additionally, I'm now kind of worried about accidentally removing things from my wardrobe. I never want to remove anything from there except maybe weapons. :s Could the wardrobe be moved to its own section, away from everything else please? C:

I agree. Being able to type in part of a name for a list of possibilities was very useful.

As a made up example for others reading this topic. I might know that an item name contained the words 'dazzling light' but be unsure whether the full name is 'pink/blue/green dazzling light' or 'dazzling pink/blue green light'. Being able to enter 'dazzling' and getting a list of possibilities solved this problem.

I really don't like the change to the account search. As has been pointed out, it makes it far too busy and it's rather annoying to be honest. I knew exactly where everything was before- it's obvious when it says 'in your shop/ legacy shop -insert shop name here-. so I think the new changes are rather redundant and pointless. Really dislike it.

I agree it's a bit silly to have categories at all, when it says right there where the item is. A simple list of all items is all it needs, especially with the added visual of the "remove" button. Thanks SO much for that button by the way!!!

I also think it's kind of meh that we have to type the exact item. I had a process of searching for items from a set by typing in part of the item name- for example, "candy reaper" or "Dee Layla". Then it would list all those items in the "Did you mean this?" page and I could check them one by one to make sure I had every item, and that it was in the right place. Now it's a little more involved, and like Shop Search the item list doesn't always pop up when I want it to. Not sure if that's a change to help the servers?

It's really hard to get used to... I don't like the categories, it feels very cluttered. If I search an item and it says 1 found fed to your pet, I don't need the header screaming at me PETS + PET COLLECTIONS.... I know who my pet is.

I like the idea of the remove button, it cuts out having to hunt the item down in its location. I'd also like to see a remove all. I encountered the new account search page while doing the recycle beast. As such, I had like 20 of an item in a gallery. While "remove 1" can be helpful for some things, it isn't so much for that.
