Not yet. It's a tricky issue because this code is based on certain things that we're getting rid of. That's why the drag-and-drop broke on this and some other pages.

It would be easy to fix if I could just scrap it and rewrite it, but that would break everybody's user profiles if the HTML changed too much. So I'm trying to figure out how best to proceed in a way that will break custom profiles as little as possible.

We may not be able to avoid significant changes. And I understand that will be frustrating to have to fix/redo your profiles. But we may not have a choice. The bright side is that the new code will be tons easier to make profiles for, as it would be a lot simpler and neater, and it can be written in such a way that future tweaks to it don't break your custom code.

No, we typically don't do news posts for bug fixes. We will post on this thread, and it might be mentioned our next siteupdate post as well.

Okay, hello!! I finished this up today and hopefully with very, very little actual change to the profile code. I don't think any custom code should break because of this! (Fingers crossed!)

Functionality that has been restored:

• Add sections!
• Delete sections!
• Reorder sections!
• And you can edit sections just as before (that wasn't broken) but it comes up in a modal now.

Small notes

• Reordering sections by drag-and-drop should work on touchscreens now
• Make sure you click Update Order to save the order, if you add/delete/edit a section, it reloads the page and it will NOT save the order if you didn't save it before that

So it said "Order Updated" but then it didn't save the order? Hm okay lemme keep looking at it

Oh goodness, it was a really subtle mistake. But it should be fixed now, finally, once the site updates! Check in like 10 minutes for me :) Thanks for your help debugging it.

It should let you do it if you refresh the page after reordering! :)

I'd check your browser extensions and settings to make sure you're not disabling any JavaScript or loading of external scripts on the site.

It wasn't moved, it was always under the Profile section. Gad you got it figured out in any case :)

You already have it on your profile, but you've named it something else.

It's like the "Interests" box where it's basically just a blank box you can put stuff in. So on your profile it could be one of any of the custom boxes you have, you'll have to figure out which.

I know a lot of the sections are kinda poorly named/unnecessary or even obsolete like the Multimedia one, but this is something I need to discuss with the other staff before making any changes.

The spoilers thing will be fixed when we update the filter, hopefully soon. I'm going to lock this up since the topic's main issue was addressed and confirmed.
