I am having a problem with my shop. I try to search for an item and it just doesn't work

Ditto. I first tried to remove an item. When that didn't work from one shop I moved to a different shop and tried a search for the same item, but again nothing happened.

My problem fixed.

I'm also having both of these issues. I was trying to search for something and the page wouldn't even load. When I found it myself, I tried removing it only to find that the update button didn't work.

you can remove items if you search for it in the user shops. Your shop should show up and you can click "move" and it'll go to your inventory. Unfortunately, I think this might only work if the item is priced.

They are updating and changing a lot of things on the site right now. This is happening to me, too, and I'm pretty sure it's related to the Site Update they posted in announcements.

This is still happening has been for hours now.

I've been trying to hand price items in my shops for at least an hour now and haven't been able to get the updated prices to go through.

I haven't used my autoprice for the day... Does anyone know if autoprice is working right now? I would hate to 'use it' and have it fail....

you are welcome :) as of 10:20 pm still happening. can't do anything with the shop. no subeta staff member has posted. and this has been happening for hours now?

You might want to try your shops again. I just tried my again and as far as I can tell it actually worked ;)

11:17 pm still not working. Still no answers from the staff.

Another hour gone by still not able to do anything. I haven't been able to play all day. And no staff has said ANYTHING

Recycle beast is asking for fresh pumpkins and I can’t get them out of my gallery.

I can´t search for items in my shop which are priced 0. Even after hard refreshing.

Still not working since yesterday for me. I'm also unable to answer profile comments with the 'Reply' button.
