Sorry, but that's just not specific enough for me to work with. Those are two different types of orchid mantis, with wildly different colour schemes. I'd be happy to reconsider if you can present me with a concrete reference for your idea of her, so we can both be sure that the outcome is what you wanted.

Hi! What a clean sketch! :D I think his neck is too... "horsey", no idea how to call it haha When you look at bison etc their neck/shoulders peak above the head. Maybe that's why it looks "weird"? Maybe his head could be slightly larger but for the rest, he looks good!

EDIT: I realise he looks very old, but that's meant to be the snow OTL I can figure out a different solution with the snow if needed
