You found the dog! Sure enough, he was looking for a new squeaky toy at the Mallarchy Pond table. You manage to grab the dog’s leash and text the dog’s owner. She’s arranged to pick up the dog from you shortly!
In the meantime, you hear a small child crying. Looking around, you spot the fussy child and see the distraught mother. You walk over to her and ask her if you can help her at all.
"My child dropped her lovey somewhere on the pier. We’ve been playing carnival games all morning, but she must have dropped it at some point. It’s a teddy bear, who has definitely seen better days. Would you mind helping us look for it? If you do find it, we’ll be at the Ruffie Raffle. That’s her favorite game because all of the prizes are lovies."
