I really have nooo idea. I was at work, leaning forward to help a coworker with something on their computer and all of the sudden my back/hip hurt so bad. I went to urgent care a few days ago and apparently it's a muscle strain/spasm D: but I'm on muscle relaxers and Ibuprofen and it helps a bit.
