There've been no recent updates to that page. Maybe it is due to a recent browser update? However, I tried it on Firefox and I think I notice something similar: the element itself disappears for a brief moment (like a quick flash) but then turns into a mini version of itself that you drag and place. Here's a screenshot of me dragging my pet Developer, on Firefox 55: https://i.imgur.com/b6AOyea.png Is that what it looks like for you? (The screenshot doesn't show the mouse, it's over Developer though.)

I am sorry you're having issues, but I don't know if we can guarantee support for the xbox one browser. Have you tried it on a computer or tablet?

I'm really sorry, but I did look into it at the time of your report and unfortunately could not replicate the problem. We tested the drag and drop with IE, which is the browser that xbox uses, and it works. I don't own an xbox and this makes it difficult to test and see why your IE is acting different than IE on a computer.

If it works on your laptop, I would use your laptop when you need to use those pages. Thanks, and sorry again that we can't do more to fix the issue.

Bing is a search engine, not a browser. Based on what I've researched, the browser it uses is based on if not the same as IE. It seems to use Bing's web search by default, which could be what you're thinking of.

I'm sorry but as I said, we've done what we can about this issue, and we cannot guarantee support for the Xbox. If you're able to use your laptop for these pages, I recommend doing that as a workaround. Locking as this has been addressed.
