no problem! Some of the rarer colors, such as Glade, Reborn, Angelic, Nuclear and Storm just to name a few, don't have elixirs because they're obtained through either a special event or the Cash Shop. For example, you can get a Storm Potion if the Tempest decides to bless you with one (the Tempest is a random event) and you can create a Glade Potion with a special pitcher and water from the Glade, which is only open during certain times (I'm not sure when exactly since I don't usually visit it, but you could probably find out through a simple search). The Blacklight and Angelic can be bought from the Cash Shop for CSC, and others like Reborn and Spectrum can be bought from the Token Shop when it restocks. There are quests that can help to generate you some sP as well as restocking items that you buy. One of my favorite things to do is play the chance type games on here, my favorites being the fishing game and the crypts. If you make it to the end of the crypts you can get a prize that you can resale for pretty hefty sP. I'm currently working on what elixirs and potions I want for my pets. I know that for Galactic you have to mine at Coda Caves on certain days of the month. For Glade pets you have to use the floral pitcher and go to the glade in Peka Park at 8am or 8pm to use it. For hydrus you have to spot Merana on the site map when she randomly appears and do a quest for her to change your pet.
