LOL I've still got so many more challengers to face. I've barely done any EH challengers on Normal and I have a few CS ones to deal with. I'm working my way through most challengers for the tomes and the amulets and if they drop scroll shards... even better. Good luck with all your battles. ^^

Has anyone unlocked Nightshade since the reset? How long did it take?

(The really weird part is that I feel like I beat him at one point. I definitely have his old loot in my armory. But I could have bought it, and obviously I can't check the stats anymore. Maybe I just hallucinated it after all those times in BQs...)

Out of curiosity, how do people imagine their pets when they battle? Do you see it like Pokemon? Or do you picture your pet just marching into the center by themselves? Or something else?

Unlocking chase is more annoying than beating item hunt was.....

I never had to unlock him again, that's odd. When the reset occured I can just battle him since he is already unlocked.

Perhaps you faced him in battle quests? He does show up there.

I tend to picture my pet battling it out in an arena, since most pets of mine are based off characters I create... seeing them face huge beasts or even small ones... it's kind of funny.

You could also try Flayed Lord Breastplate for a defensive strategy, but I would recommend equipping Cobalt Eternal Scrolls.

If you want to try chain freezing her, I would recommend Sierrac Basal Ice Flail if you have it (it's too inflated to buy right now) and use Gelaspell Scroll or Assassin Scroll to keep her frozen.

I don't know which weapons and scrolls you own to build a full setup for you.

The main problem with the Plague Claw is that her blessing renders it useless, so if you see the blessing pop up, switch to the Sierrac Basal Ice Flail until it goes away. Or you could switch out the Plague Claw from your set altogether for a Hard Earth Battle Hammer or Malevolent Gingerbread Peel, that is up to you.

For the scrolls, I can lend you Aftershocks or Ocean Currents Scroll and some Shrieks/Psycho Smashers or Cobalt Eternals. Just let me know. I recommend that you buy more Cobalt Eternal Scrolls at some point in the future, they're a great defensive investment.
