Took a look at Terra Focufin. Just my personal opinion, but it's probably not worth 20 million to make that when you can buy Soothing Current (infinite 8 percent heal) for around 3.3 million sP and can be made for under 1 million sP. That 4 icon earth attack and 2 percent more heal probably won't justify that much more expense.
