Ugh, the shardmonger hates me. 100 amulets -> 13 tomes. I was hoping (and estimating, unless one in six isn't the rate after all) to get at least 2 or 3 more.

20 Dark = 5 tomes 20 Death = 3 tomes 20 Earth = 3 tomes 20 Fire = 0 tomes 20 Ice = 2 tomes

ANYWAY this may be a stupid question but... if healing is disabled for a battle, do things that heal a negative amount (aka does damage to you) still heal a negative amount? or is that also disabled?

Yep, when healing is disabled, all negative heal items (like Psycho smasher scroll etc.) are too ^^ ...edit for poor wording - the items aren't disabled, but the negative heal is.

Your suspicion is probably right. No wonder Quentin keeps stealing all those amulets from the Mage (how else would they get them?).

Oohhh.... to clarify that just means the negative heal is disabled, not the entire item right?

The Subetapedia actually says that the Mage gives Quentin the amulets to give out so that people will do their quests... I call bullshit. Quentin clearly paid the Subetapedia article writer to say that. They cannot take away my headcanon of Quentin the amulet thief.

But yeah, I love using the Psycho smasher and Shrieks in no-heal battles because there's no damage from them :) ...unless freezing is disabled too, because then there's no point in using them.

Maybe we will get the challengers brought back once Keelhauliday starts? I know it usually starts around now, but I think it's started a bit late sometimes in the past so IDK if it will be today exactly or some other day this week.
