Blasting will definitely help as your opponent can use it and do either very little damage or no damage for a turn.

- ah, thank you Once I found out that blasting can't be disabled then I started using the Recycle Blaster. And I eventually started double blasting using Blackmoon Hand Blaster (since I don't have Soma Tablets). I still am going to have to wait to get lucky with a longer run from AoN before I'm going to be able to get a fifth win. I swear, if there was a Charged Tower Shield for sale, I would seriously consider it. It might not be close to worth the price in general, but it always seems to be exactly what I am missing lately. :-) (Actually, it would be better and lots cheaper to just buy a couple more Cobalt External scrolls and use them. :-) )

I used one of the Princely Booty items that I got from the shop and it gave me about 22k sP, in case anyone was curious.

Probably more worth it to just sell those items or use them in TCs ~

yeah, i saw someone mention nori in the news comments so i kept an eye on my rewards when i did those. i don't think they or drills have a dedicated pirate item reward like carl, i think people are just getting super lucky with the item pools o: but anything helps during keel hauliday, haha!

Yeah, it's not a guarantee, but because of the rarities that they can give out I think there ends up being a chance for some of the pirate items to be included. If you get lucky, you can end up with a few extra things!

I think it happened to me a couple of times where I managed to freeze him twice in a row, but it does seem to be very rarely.

I hope if they are resetting wins soon, they'll make an announcement and give us time to finish trying any opponents we still have left first. I think they did that last time, anyway.

There's probably a super small % chance like with the snow fairy it doesn't activate on the first turn.

Hopefully the shop comes back. Who knows what will be in there now
