Some of the gyms today said "private party" so I don't think I could join in the raid or whatever. Even when it was my team's gym, I couldn't leave a pokey or battle. I could still get polka-stop stuff, but I couldn't do anything else. The other icons weren't even there. I don't think I'd ever seen that before.

that's if you want to join or create a private group, it doesn't mean one is going on. when a raid is going on, you can't battle the gym.

I tried putting a duster on my cat so he could help clean... he just rolled over and slept on top of it. Rude.

Thanks for the advise! Okay maybe it's because I've been getting sick today that I am confusing people xD My head is all foggy so I might not be clearly expressing what I am thinking. Anyway, my one hesitation about using all the experience as soon as I get it is that I will be that much closer to T13 and I will have to start dipping into my hoard of boosters. I'm not sure I have saved up quite enough boosters yet to make a dent into T13 but I guess I could always buy more boosters so maybe it's a silly concern. I also just wanted to use them as a way to round off my stats after I use the tome boosters that will leave my stats all over the place.

CLOCKS! Shoot -- I was thinking that was next week. I forgot to tell my sis to set her clocks ahead. DAMMIT! (She can never remember if it is SPRING FORWARD/FALL BACK or SPRING BACK/FALL FORWARD -- they make equal sense to her. So I like to remind her every time to set her clocks ahead -- whether it's right or not. That way she's never sure if I'm telling the truth or not & does it anyway -- just to be safe.)

I like when they fall back feels like we get an extra hour of youth back.... ahahahahahahahahaha! I'll throw myself out.

As others here, I'm thinking of around 12k HP, 11k STR, 6k DEF, and 6k SPD; although I'm not sure if I'd want STR to be a bit higher.... maybe sacrificing a few hundred points of DEF/SPD?
