Yeah!! It's absolutely gorgeous, I'm still in a certain dillema: do I create a new pet or change one that I already have... but definitely will have to have one <3

I really love the basic colors, and I'm really excited to see what they do with the special colors/poses. :D

Oooh, I really love the idea of it being a counterpart to Zentus with the nightmare thing. And also it being deceptively beautiful to lure you in before it effs you up, reminds me of some other mythological creatures that I've read about before but can't remember the names of.

I think this is the perfect sort of thing for a mysterious former experimental pet (has science gone too far?? probably).

Ahh I thought the scream just referred to how rl peacocks screamed XD Those things are loud!

I think the beautiful but deceptive creature that immediately comes to mind for me is the siren.

I thought of Sirens/mermaids as well, but I was also thinking there was a similar kind of creature that was actually a horse but now I can't remember. Ah well, I definitely like the idea of having something like that in the site lore.

[edit]The screaming thing makes me think of a banshee, although I don't think those were necessarily meant to be beautiful.

Oh and I found it, the Kelpie is one of the things I was kind of thinking of.

Great find! :) Now that makes sense, a shape-shifting horse.. I wonder if that would make a good inspiration for the Hydrus version of the Yaherra? It sounds very similar to the selkie, also scots/irish and norse/icelandic but instead of horse, its a shape-shifting seal.

Yeah, it seems like there are quite a few similar creatures like that in Scottish & Scandinavian folklore, I think the Selkie might even be mentioned somewhere in the wiki page for the Kelpie.

And lol of course Vampires as well, I didn't think of that either but it makes perfect sense. I suppose the Yaherra could take its influence from quite a few of these things for the Subeta lore, maybe even different lands here could have a different version of the legend? That would be interesting.

If you've ever lived in a neighborhood that has peacocks you know that their LOUD call sounds like a woman being brutally murdered. Over and over, again. They are not at all serene sounding.

I don't agree with the name change. But rather than take it out on Nolo Sera, I'll just live with it. Meh, it'll be the same with Iridion Bomb, Faceplant, and Muffet the Spider. They'll always be their respective experiments to me.

I can't wait to see them in Harvest, Sweetheart, Glade, Spectrum, Blacklight and other cutesy colours! :)

I don't like the idea of turning the pet into something just because of one line of text in the news post. :/ maybe go a different way? :)

Some chibis make sense to me, too bad Chibi is common color palette.

If the Sweetheart Yaherra doesn't have heart eyes I'm gonna cry.. the special colors are going to be so magnificent I can hardly contain myself!
