Awesome job on the epilogue.
(Epilogue--Part 2)
Through the dark forests, Djoni charges after the now fleeing werewolves accompanied by the shadowy forms of some protectors who share the same "blessing" he does. All freed from their forms of imposed control, they howl under the full moon, ripping their opponents to shreds while their enchantment lasts.
But, as things grow quiet, Djoni ponders the state of the slain werewolves now returning to their original forms, if indeed they can be called that. These are not human, nor gnome, elf, or any other natural species. They are constructs, revenants, mutants, impossible to clearly define, but corrupted by truly evil powers.
He sees one of Steve's members looking as confused as he is. What are these creatures? Several dissolve into strands of foul mists, and he whispered: "Freedom...thank you..." Except for a few real werewolves, ones who had always roamed these woods, they were much more of a diversion than a force.
Diversion! That's the answer. Divide and conquer. Kristoff would be cunning enough to think of that. Spinning on his now bare feet, he calls everyone back, pointing toward the castle and its defenders with a sense of urgency. But will he be in time?

The poor corrupted pseudo-werewolves! Like the fake Coppelias... we might have realized, but it seems as though it wouldn't have made much difference. I wonder if the vampires were fake too or were they real vampires... we will find out soon perhaps!
Oh, Steve! ^_^ Steve is a very sneaky one! :P

I really really extremely want:Oh dear, many diversions... I'm confident we have all bases covered, however. We'll certainly win, even if the vampires, too, are a diversion. After all, we still have the pirates in the skies, right? :P

(Epilogue--Part 3)
High above the dark forests of Falcor, Lucien paces the deck of the Floating Frenchman. The ineptitude of the creatures sent against him bothers him more than a bit.
The flight paths of the ships attacking them were erratic, almost opening the vacant-eyed crews aboard to attack, and the extremely competent mages of the Galactic Misfits made short work of them. Those who tried to link to the Crystanian or Dragon fleets were easily de3alt with by the members of Organized Chaos.
So what was the plan here? A diversion?
Lucien shakes his head. If that were so there would be more peril centered on the ground, and the fighting is too even there.
Much more than a divsersion, he thinks.
"Gaston," he says aloud to his first mate, "does this seems too simple to you? Too much like a test of some kind."
"Aye, it does," Gaston agrees. "Someone is playing with us."
"So it seems. And yet...there is another layer here. Whoever is behind all this, the force we have not really seen, is probing, searching for answers, for whatever is desired but not known."
Gaston nods. "Too many unanswered questions here. and Capt'n, the knacking in me bones says this is not the end, but just the begining."
"Alas, mon ami, I fear you are right, and what lies ahead will not be as easy as this, not for any of us!"

Yeah! We learned our lessons fighting the Unholy Hourglass Army and the Unseelies! Anytime you got some unthinking, undead, mind-controlled freak army, chuck your micro-unit weasel-girl alchemist overboard strapped to a bungie-cord so she can cram sticks of home-grown nitro-glycerin and dynamite up the enemie's tailpipes. She's not a Mary Sue....she's a hyperactive overachiever by divine instinct. Teamed up with a head-bashing lutist, a skin-changing river otter/minotaur a Traveler-prince and a mage who would rather be anywhere else, Organized Chaos is a force to be...um...A FORCE TO BE ....
You know what? Sometimes we just have no idea what we're doing. I think we all came for beer and were mildly surprised to find ourselves involved in something else.
Wait...it wasn't about the beer? There's going to be beer later, yes?
While I'm sure Teislyn's Lini and Frieda's Doom would have been a lot happier to see Jianni after the battle if he hadn't received Luna's Kiss, I was kind of looking forward to the challenge of playing a lycanthrope but no telling what will happen before the next WS
