Sorry to hear you've had people claiming slots and not wanting them later. I don't have the energy or patience to deal with slotting people.

Read & understood loud and clear! I hope that this makes things less stressful for you now. :) Because of some things happening IRL I can only buy CSC once a month now, and it will always be on the 1st of each month. So hopefully I'll just catch releases around that time frame. :>

YASSSSSS FOR FASTER~

Don't worry, you'll get used more fast than you think! ^^

It gets basically down to this:

• If I ping "too much/often", people that usually aren't very interested on the releases complain that they're receiving a lot of "useless" pings.

• If I ping only this group and no other (the artist's, customwear and others), once per release, people that are interested in a certain release comment/sMail me to ask about spare copies. Then if I have none because the item is sold out, they complain that "they never received the group ping in the first place, because they might have deleted it accidentally".

The problem is: a lot of people delete their pings accidentally, especially when the person spent a lot of time offline and is full of pings or because she access Subeta through mobile often.

I have been testing on the past months and it seems that pinging multiple groups at different times of the day is the best way of "getting everyone covered". And of course, all the pings according to the group rules.

Also, I'll add the "date" to title of my posts so if you get a ping like "Lyonesse || NEW, AGO DAY X" and you are on AGO DAY X+1 and you checked the topic on DAY X, then you don't need to check it again and you can straight delete the ping. This should keep "pinging control" easily.

If I'm going to let someone upset, I'd rather let non-customers upset than my actual CW customers. I can't attend both, sadly. Sorry!

No worries, I understand. As I said, I don't mind holding copies as long as the person doesn't drop later on.

I have a couple users who slot a lot and only claim their copies every bonus weekend and I'm totally fine with that -- as long as people don't drop their slots later on.

A couple months ago, I got very annoyed with one of those users because I had.... 8 or 9 slots pending that I hold for like almost one month and then the user decided to claim half of them and then drop the other. This I won't be accepting no more.

Read! I have a question about batch limits though. Will you be deciding on how many batches when submitting or will you be submitting as unlimited then filling until interest wanes?

you've seriously had people drop slots WEEKS later?????? you're seriously probably the chillest releaser when it comes to giving time to people who slot (which i know first hand lol) to think that ppl still back out on you like that is just.... baffling to me.
