I&;m not able to rearrange any of my layers. I&;ve tried both Chrome (my normal browser) and Firefox, and nothing happens when I try to drag my layers around. ;3;

Same here, so it's not just you.

I'm actually currently poking around my laptop, it may be a hardware issue. XP What are you running on?

The update I did actually didn't change anything that would affect that - in fact the wardrobe itself was not changed at all, only the item search on the back end.

If you are still having issues, try disabling your adblock and other browser extensions on that page and see if it helps? Make sure nothing is blocking the javascript.

I use a laptop with windows 10, firefox Quantum.

This has happened to me on occasion, certainly before the latest wardrobe update. For me its only happened after I've been in the wardrobe a while and I've been doing lots of stuff - like loading old outfits, changing skins, basically moving around the tabs a lot.

I had to save the immovable layered HA, clear my cache and do a forced reload of the wardrobe. Then I could load the glitched HA and could move layers again.

, ,

I've also experienced the inability to move wardrobe layers around. It's been happening for at least a week, but only after at least a couple of minutes in the wardrobe. It's not an immediate thing.

Some specs for you on my end, for the above issue since other people are experiencing it as well. I thought it was just me!

Are you also using Firefox quantum?

Are you able to try with a different browser and report if it is still happening? I notice both of you are using firefox quantum so I wonder if it is a problem with that specifically.

- No problems that I've noticed in Safari so far, but I've only been playing around for a couple minutes. I will say that even in Firefox, it's hit or miss - Definitely not something that happens every time I use the wardrobe. I haven't been able to figure out a pattern yet, which is why I honestly thought it was only me and my stupidly old computer (which is actually all fixed... yay Genius bar!)

Its very possible that its quantum (which totally sucks btw). I think I have IE on this computer - but otherwise I haven't yet had to install any other browser, as sucky as it is, quantum does work with all the websites I use regularly.

I don't have time right now to download, install and check the wardrobe. I'll check in later when I do have some time :).

Nah, Chrome Version 66.0.3359.139 (Official Build) (64-bit). I'm on MacOS 10.12.6 if that ends up making a difference.

If you need more technical info, give me a shout.

EDIT because I forgot this: it happened on Safari too when I tried it, but that wasn't recent. I don't quite remember when it was, because I haven't been changing my HA a lot recently.

when will mobile wardrobe have show/hide layer option available?

(The mobile list scroll is short. There is no scroll button so users need to drag an item out of order and might lose it in a different layer position;

I'd rather the worn layers list overflow;

and the HA base remain between layers list and toggle+items list just like how it looks on the PC;

the toggle+items list should stay fixed vertically but remain free to move left/right;

the HA base be fixed vertically as well so no matter what layer position you're sort, the HA and items are always on the same level

^^~ From using mobile wardrobe once or twice. This post is probably getting on your nerves D:, Thank you for the update(s) I'll shut up now :x )

Same problems with the layers here, as well. I'm using Chrome, and I've green-listed Subeta on AdBlock, but nope.

The box that holds your wardrobe items has been made very tall now for some reason? I have to scroll my whole page back and forth to see my items and base. Why was this changed?

What browser (and browser version) are you using? What is your screen resolution? Is your browser up-to-date?

Are you able to try in a different browser and see if you still have the same issue?

Firefox Quantum 59.0.3 (64 bit), up to date screen resolution is 1280 x 1024

on a different computer using google chrome it doesn't look like it has this problem, the box is around the same height as the worn items list

hey, I just noticed this today and I see it being an former issue for mac/safari, but now the scroll bar is broken when i load items

i'm on firefox, which recently updated, so i'm wondering if thats it? I can still scroll, but the in wardrobe scroll doesn't work, so it makes previewing things a hassle

thanks

What version of Firefox are you on?

Can you try another browser and see if it works there? For instance, Chrome

Firefox Quantum 59.0.2

I too have the infinite box. Very, very hard to manage my HA. Turned off all addons and that didn't help. Also I haven't updated my browser since I was last in my wardrobe and it was behaving normally.

I don't have any other browser than FF, except IE and the wardrobe doesn't work in IE.

Now I suddenly can't move wardrobe layers around either. (chrome) will try cache idea.

Nope... clearing cache was no help. Least not yet.

Restarting chrome with a chrome update fixed it (seems like).
