Hmm theme wise, the character leans towards “gothic Lolita” style, cute but dark if that makes sense? Lace, skulls, etc. color theme would be matching the source image which is mostly dark gray with the blue. Hopefully that helps! If not I’m open to all ideas that would look good with source image.
