: AWESOME. be prepared for some artistic freedom. svalbard is my fanpet for the kingdom of norway from hetalia. here's how he looks in his human form, very expressionless and aloof. he tends to focus less on his world affairs and more on his myths and communicating with the norse gods. in quad form, he's an angelic neela with an aurora theme and norway's hair style/color, and i'm not fully settled on his design because for some reason i can't make it work. all i know is that he trails auroras from his wings, and he's responsible for putting the aurora in the sky above norway; he also connects the bifrost from asgard down to earth, so i thought it would be kind of neat to have the spots running down the neela's flanks be shaped like norse runes. so...basically just an aurora themed/colored angelic neela (without halo) that trails auroras and has norse runes in place of spots. also, since he's kind of a twinky little thing, i'd like his beard thing to be shorter than a usual neela's. color / style refs: check out his TC, but ignore his overlay since it's actual shit. also this pet has sort of the aesthetic i'm going for, but with less rainbow and more...blue and purple and teal. hair ref: clickie! let me know if you need help with anything else! and yes, the horns should stick up through his hair uvu

: okay, information for lietuva! he's my fanpet for the republic of lithuania from hetalia. he was at one point a huge european superpower, but he's since fallen on incredibly hard times and has been abused quite thoroughly by russia. he's got some brutal scars on his back from being whipped all the time. he's older than most of europe and acts the part, but he doesn't look it. personality wise, he's a very cordial and compassionate guy, very gentle most of the time but he can be immensely badass in battle. he's mostly nervous and shy these days, in his old age. he's a harvest neela, and i'd like to retain the general look of the harvest neela (the plants down the side, mainly) with his colors being a mix between marsh and harvest, with his side stripe being the colors of the lithuanian flag. he's deeply connected to nature and he's pagan, so i'd like for one of the neela spots on his shoulder to look like this symbol. other than that and his hairstyle matching the hairstyle of his human counterpart (like with all my overlays so far), i don't have an official design for him; i just know that he harvests the rye fields in autumn and he was a knight a long time ago.

Hey can you describe what you mean by a mix of marsh/harvest in coloration

: aaaahhhhh yeah that's really vague sorry ;A; i actually quite like the colors of the marsh neela; could you just darken up the lighter bits on the face and the feet so the contrast between them and the body colors isn't as vivid? that will work perfectly with the colors of the flag. uvu
