for them both I used the core Maniacal Essence. With Meatslab I used that with Paintbrush Blades, but for Ban I used the trident. Also used Intricate Energized Helmet

the reason, is I used the helmet, with the soma tabs first in both battles, with the Sancturia Exodin. The voids helped me stay going longer, but sometimes I swapped and used Skelly in between all the voids. When needed and all healing is used, I use my RV and then the gift of the forj to attempt to heal.
