Cash Shop Loading Issues

The cash shop page and the boutique page are loading only 1 time out of 10 for me, alas. Also, hovering mostly doesn´t work, too, and forums open only very slowly.
I can't seem to get it loading fast as well and I did remember it not working for me the other day.

Ive had this issue for a month and its frustrating. No page in the cash shop loads for like 5 min each.
I've had this for a while, too. All the other pages on the site work fine for me but the Cash Shop is veeeery laggy :(
I'm not sure if this might be something could help pin down?

Loading fast on my end, ! (which is a miracle, because the internet at the place I'm staying is ridiculously slow at points)
The Reward Cards page is still giving me the connection error and taking longer to load. But everything else seems to be working okay now.
